What was the highlight of J Palace Residence

the staff is helpful

No direct contact from the apartment with the reception which is inconvenient as I have to take the lift down to request service. There seems no checking before we checked in as the TV is out of sound and the microwave has overcooked smell.

What was the highlight of J Palace Residence

Fantastic for stay

Very stunning and comfy with very nice view and accses to small garden in two bedroom.clean with friendly staff . I can recommend for group more than 6 person . Buss station 2 min by wall and train station is almost 8 min walk from this location. Few min drive to taipe 101 or only 4 stop with bus from front of residence.

What was the highlight of J Palace Residence

Its basically an apartment. 4 room apartment. You get to use one of the rooms and the rest of the space is shared. If you are the only party there on that day=great!

Because it is an apartment, you are very much at the mercy of your fellow room mates. Clost proximity to a very large temple, so expect some bangs and gongs. There is construction ongoing for a mass transit system so it would be like that for a foreseeable future.

the night shift guy was very nice and friendly (i think his...

the night shift guy was very nice and friendly (i think his last name is 徐). We only stayed for 2 nights, but the air con in the master bedroom was down, and could not be fixed. So on the 2nd night, he brought a brand new fan to us, which helped a bit though.

the air con in the master bedroom was not working. After turned on for like 5 minutes, it would shut down itself. We told the lady in the front desk the next day, but she just thought we were idiot who didn't know how to turn on the air con, she asked "did you press the ON button?" Of course we did, and we explained to her both air con were down after turned on for 5 minutes, so finally she said she would go check later. When we were back in the afternoon, we found the air cons were still not working, so we went down and told her. She said she just checked and there's no problem at all. We asked if she stayed and wait for a while? Of course not! We then asked her to go up again and tried, and this time, we stayed there with her and made sure she did wait for the air con stopped. Finally she believed but it was already late in the Saturday evening so the air con distributor was off work already. So we had to stay for one more night without air con. She did apologize at the end, but with attitude like you guys didn't tell me at the beginning it stopped after certain time bla bla bla ... well we did tell her but she was too confident and didn't listen. Luckily there's a very nice night shift guy which was very sincerely and nice. Also on the day we left, the girl was nice too.

Apartment was good.

Apartment was good. Rooms are good size and clean. kitchen is great with living area and dining area open plan.

The teas/ coffees were only provided when we first check in. We stayed for 3 nights and rooms were cleaned everyday however teas/ coffees are not replaced. The front of the apartment has some constructions done and access is difficult for taxi.

Super nice place! I’ll definitely recommend to my friends to stay here!

Like my spacious room and toilet! Super friendly and accommodating staff! They helped assist in the taxi arrangements and helped secure my lost item!

Location has some construction of mrt in front of their entrance- not their fault

What was the highlight of J Palace Residence

It was a truly pleasant and unforgettable experience and would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was able to accommodate large group of people - a total of 7 adults and 2 kids stayed in one apartment which had 4 bedrooms. The place was very clean, good kitchen and washing facilities within the apartment itself. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Even when they were not able to speak English, they still did not hesitate to attempt to help us when we requested for help. Always serving you with a smile, making your stay rather pleasant.

They do not have any restaurants within the premises so they do not provide breakfast. But it is pretty easy to work around this setback as they have a bakery and a 7-11 just beside them and you are also able to make your own breakfast with all their kitchen facilities.

Clean and very nicely furnished.

It's not a hotel, there were some renovation going on above me during my stay which will start in 10am it's so annoying I couldn't sleep at all.

Nice & spacious service apartment with future mrt station in front

The apartment was spacious and the 4 bedrooms were just nice for my big family of 9. We like the living and dining area too as it provides a nice cosy place for us to eat and chat together.

Would have been better if there are more attached bathrooms/ toilets.

the place was awesome, room service was good. many breakfast/lunch places just 5 mins walk around the area, with a 7/11 just beside it overall a place to go for big groups. will recommend 10/10

only 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms, walls a little thin
